Geotrails is a geocaching mobile application that plans to offer a variety of hiking trails with hidden cache spots that users will be directed to using a series of hints and/or riddles. With the ability to navigate to trail heads, see additional hints, and even view photos of the exact location if you’re truly stuck, Geotrails adds another element to hiking that can’t be found else where. Upon finding a hidden cache along one of these trails, users are then rewarded points that are visible by the community, and also offered the option to write a review and/or upload a photo to a large collage that will be viewable by all future visitors of that particular spot.
